第三届全国大专交流营《文化号》由全国大专青年协会主催，英迪国际大学中华文化学会与汝来大学华文学会携手联办，目的是为加强与各大专生的交流联系以及更深入地了解各大专承办活动的概念。主办单位也提供了这个平台，让大家一起探讨如何传承以及保留被遗忘的中华文化。

本届文化号于森美兰州芙蓉市举办。由于芙蓉的文化产业逐渐没落，许多商家因为生计而被迫放弃原有传统文化，将其生意或建筑改头换面以迎合这个新时代。因此，该届《文化号》旨在加强以及深入了解文化的重要性，并着重于如何推广以及保留原有的传统文化以迎合这个新时代。为了能够使营员们能够更了解芙蓉的传统文化，主办单位举办了一个“芙蓉文化讲座交流会”，好让营员们有个概念。此外，主办单位设计了一系列的跑站及寻访任务，透过与当地人的沟通使营员们能够真正体会当地的生活传统文化，例如，食物、建筑、日常生活里的习俗及华社美好的传统价值。

GRADUAN NATIONAL INTER-VARSITY CULTURAL CAMP 3.0 was empowered by Persatuan GRADUAN Muda Malaysia (GRADUAN) and organised by INTI International University Chinese Cultural Society and Chinese Cultural Society Nilai University. The camp aimed to provide a platform for students from private and public universities to enhance their interactions amongst one another and to share experiences in organising events. The platform was as well provided for the participant to explore the ways to inherit and retain Tionghua culture that is slowly forgotten.

The camp was held in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Due to the downturn of its cultural industry, many businesses are forced to abandon their existing traditional culture to meet this brand new era. By gaining a deeper insight on the importance of culture, the organising committees were aspired to promote and sustain the traditional culture with the ongoing development of the era. In order for the participants to gain a better understanding of the traditional culture of Seremban, the organising committee held a forum revolving around the aforementioned subject. In addition, the organising committee planned a series of station games and tasks for the participants to interact with the local community and thus experience local culture in depth in the aspects of food, architecture, custom and virtue.
